How will Jitari manage the receipt and delivery of presentation work from Hotel Guests?
   
Hotel Guests can access Jitari Solutions proprietary work flow platform designed for easy submission, tracking and receipt of presentation work. Our workflow platform is simple to use, is secure and designed to drive efficiency.

Hotel Guests can directly submit their work to Jitari via our website with instructions for projects. Where required, Team Jitari will contact Hotel Guests directly for any follow up questions/clarifications, as well as to confirm Guest expectations around service delivery.

Guests can track the progress of their projects on their personal Jitari dashboard and receive back completed projects via email.

 

How do I know if you are providing quality service to my guests?
   
We understand the need for transparency and for hotels to be able to measure their guest experience with Jitari Solutions. To that end our workflow is designed to capture client feedback on every project we execute and this feedback is transparent to our partner hotels on our website on a real time basis.

We seek to establish a life time relationship with our clients and seek to constantly identify opportunities for service improvement and enhance the guest experience.

 

How will Jitari manage the receipt and delivery of presentation work from Hotel Guests?
   



We fully appreciate the need for confidentiality and security of guest documents. To this end, our security arrangements cover three principal areas:

Technology - Jitari Solutions workflow platform is secure from an end to end perspective. Access to files are restricted to the guest sending those files and Jitari Operations teams. PC's at our operations facility have a number of security protocols in place to ensure that no file leaves our premises. For e.g. all our PC's have their USB ports and CD drives disabled, thereby restricting the download of files only to the local desktop. Internet access in all our PC's is restricted only to the Jitari workflow site, and needless to say there is no access to email accounts. Admin rights to PC settings are not available at an operator level, and printing as well as print screen options are disabled.

Physical Infrastructure - Our site is access controlled and only authorized personnel are permitted inside our premises. Individual login credentials ensure that PC's are accessible only by authorized personnel. Printing restrictions ensure that all printing is supervised and printed documents are cross shredded before they leave our premises.

Personnel - Every member of our is background verified for criminal, employment and educational history. Furthermore, every member of the Jitari Solutions team signs a confidentiality agreement and is trained in the practice and processes around maintaining client confidentiality. What will my hotel staff have to do in delivering this service?
   
We recognize that hotels would not want their staff to be tied down by additional administrative tasks unrelated to their core activities. To this end, our system is designed to ensure minimal involvement of hotel staff in the service delivery process while ensuring hotels continue to have full visibility into the guest experience.

Hotel staff activity in the service delivery process is limited to inputting a guests email ID into the Jitari system when a guest requests for Jitari services. This will automatically trigger an email back to the guest with a User ID and Password for the guest to login to the Jitari website and send work to Jitari Solutions directly. Hotel staff do not have any other role in the service delivery process as all future interactions are directly between Jitari and your guest.

 

How is the billing for this service managed?
   
Guests pay for completed projects securely online on the Jitari website only after they have viewed their finished presentations and approved the output.


There are no surprises as guests are required to approve cost estimates for their jobs in order for Team Jitari to work on their projects. Moreover, guests are never billed beyond the approved cost estimates even if it takes Team Jitari longer to complete a guest project.
