Jitari Solutions will not take any request from employees who are not authorized by our partner companies. Furthermore, company administrators have real time views of usage of our services by employee teams that includes key metrics around usage, performance and satisfaction levels.

How do I manage access to your services by my company's employees?

No individual will be set up to send work to Jitari without the prior approval of the company administrator.

We solicit feedback on every project and this feedback mechanism is completely transparent to the employee as well as the company administrator. We would like to be measured on our performance and we look for service improvement opportunities all the time.

How will Jitari manage the receipt and delivery of presentation work from my company employees?

Our secure single window model makes it easy for employees to send Jitari Solutions work-in-progress presentations and receive back professional completed presentations.
Employees can login to www.jitari.com to send in their presentation work with specific instructions and receive back completed files either on their dashboard or in their email inbox.
The user friendly online form provides employees with an interface to send work with instructions, and also check the status of their work while it is being executed by Team Jitari.
Our workflow process is simple, secure and efficient and follows a 4 step process
» Acknowledge request for presentation support once Jitari Solutions receives the Job request.
» Send time and cost estimate to employee for approval.
» Employee approves estimate (or requests call back for changes to instructions) and Jitari Solutions commences work on presentation.
» if employee approves, employee clicks on "proceed to payment gateway" link to make payment online and download completed (non-watermarked) version of Jitari's output file. Employees will also have the option to have completed files emailed directly to them.
In the unlikely event that the instructions have not been fully carried out, Team Jitari will complete and resend the file at no additional charge.
If however, employees would like to make further edits that is outside the scope of the initial set of instructions, a new estimate will be sent by Team Jitari for the employee to approve so as to begin work on the next round of edits.

What assurances do we have regarding security of our documents?

We fully appreciate the need for confidentiality and security of our partner company's documents. To this end, our security arrangements cover three principal areas:
Technology - From a technology perspective, the Jitari Solutions workflow platform is secure from an end to end perspective. Access to files are restricted to the employee sending those files and Jitari Operations teams. PC's at our operations facility have a number of security protocols in place to ensure that no file leaves our premises. For e.g. all our PC's have their USB ports and CD drives disabled, thereby restricting the download of files only to the local desktop. Internet access in all our PC's is restricted only to the Jitari workflow site, and needless to say there is no access to email accounts. Admin rights to PC settings are not available at an operator level, and printing as well as print screen options are disabled.
Physical infrastructure - Our site is access controlled and only authorized personnel are allowed inside our premises. Individual login credentials ensure that PC's are accessible only by authorized personnel. Printing restrictions ensure that all printing is supervised and printed documents are cross shredded before they leave our premises.
Personnel - Everyone of our professionals are background verified for criminal, employment and educational qualifications. Furthermore, every member of the Jitari Solutions team signs a confidentiality agreement and is trained in the practice and processes around maintaining client confidentiality.
