Walk me thru your service delivery model. What should I expect?

We assist Employees of our partner companies become more productive and meet tough deadlines by taking on the labor intensive part of developing power point presentations, thereby freeing up precious time for these employees to focus on the more value added aspects of their roles.
We believe in keeping things simple and using our service requires no training whatsoever. Employees can login to Jitari's website and create a new job request, after which the workflow process takes over; or if employees are on the move, they can email their files and instructions to Jitari's email ID and the Jitari Operations team will take over from there
(Please note that requests will be accepted only from employees who have been approved by your company administrator for Jitari's services)
Our workflow process is simple, secure and efficient and follows a 4 step process
» Acknowledge request for presentation support once Jitari Solutions receives the Job request.
» Send time and cost estimate to employee for approval.
» Employee approves estimate (or requests call back for changes to instructions) and Jitari Solutions commences work on presentation.
» Jitari Solutions delivers completed draft presentation (water marked PDF version) via email for review by employee. If employee approves, employee clicks on "proceed to payment gateway" link to make payment online and download completed (non-watermarked) version of Jitari's output file. Employees will also have the option to have completed files mailed directly to them.
In the unlikely event that the instructions have not been fully carried out, Team Jitari will complete and resend the file at no additional charge. If however, employees would like to make further edits that is outside the scope of the initial set of instructions, a new estimate will be sent by Team Jitari for the employee to approve so as to begin work on the next round of edits.

I’d like to know how much my project will be billed before you start working on it. Is that possible?

Employees will have complete control over the amount that will be billed against each project.
Jitari Solutions will provide employees with a time and cost estimate for approval. Work will commence only after receiving the approval from the requestor of the project.
We are flexible and will do our best to accommodate your deadlines and budgets.

What if I want to make changes to my instructions while my work is being processed?

Not a problem. We will take your instructions midway and send a revised estimate for approval (if needed).

How do I keep a track of my usage of your services?

Your login credentials gives you access to your MI page that tracks information on projects submitted by you.

What if I am not happy with your output?
 |
|
We will work in all sincerity to understand the reasons for your dissatisfaction with our output and will work with you to take appropriate remedial measures.

How do I pay for your services?

Employees pay via credit / debit card using our online secure payment gateway.

How do I provide feedback to your team?

We request feedback on every project we execute. Employees can deliver feedback directly to us at the conclusion of a project (via email), or speak to one of our operations leaders, or relay feedback via your company administrator.

What if it takes you longer to complete my presentation than the initial estimate I approved?
 |
|
If an employee has not made any changes to instructions that the estimate was based on, then Jitari Solutions will not bill over the approved estimate - even if it takes the Jitari team longer to complete the presentation.
