Hotel guests will have complete control over amount that will be billed.
Jitari Solutions will provide guests with a time and cost estimate for approval. No work will commence without prior approval by hotel guest.

What if it takes you longer to complete my presentation than the initial estimate I approved?

If a guest has not made any changes to instructions that the estimate was based on, then Jitari Solutions will not bill over the approved estimate — even if it takes the Jitari team longer to complete the presentation.

Not a problem. We will take your instructions midway and send a revised estimate for approval (if needed).

Walk me thru your service delivery model. What should I expect?

We believe in keeping things simple and using our service requires no training whatsoever. Guests can send in their presentation work and receive back completed presentations by signing in to our website www.jitari.com. Your hotel front desk staff are available to provide you with login details to our website. The user friendly online form provides guests with an interface to send work with instructions, and also check the status of their work while it is being executed by Team Jitari.
Our workflow process is simple, secure and efficient and follows a 4 step process
» Acknowledge request for presentation support once Jitari Solutions receives the job request from guests. Send time and cost estimate to guest for approval.
» Guest approves estimate (or requests call back for changes to instructions) and Jitari Solutions commences work on presentation.
» Jitari Solutions delivers completed draft presentation (water marked PDF version) via email for review by guest.
» if guest approves, guest clicks on "proceed to payment gateway" link to make payment online and download completed (non-watermarked) version of Jitari's output file. Guests will also have the option to have completed files emailed directly to them.
In the unlikely event that the instructions have not been fully carried out, Team Jitari will complete and resend the file at no additional charge. If however, guests would like to make further edits that is outside the scope of the initial set of instructions, a new estimate will be sent by Team Jitari for the guest to approve so as to begin work on the next round of edits.
Guests will never be billed for an amount beyond what has been approved by them.
